Terms of Use

TrendMorphs provides tools to create and export styled images for social and marketing use. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of TrendMorphs. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly through your account support channel if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of images and text you upload. You grant TrendMorphs a limited license to host, process, store, and display your content as needed to run the product (including generation, previews, downloads, and support).

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload your content and that doing so does not violate anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload or request generations that are unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits, billing, or access controls.
• Use outputs to mislead others in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service for conduct that risks users, the public, or the integrity of the platform.

Outputs are produced using third-party AI models. Results may be imperfect or unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for ensuring they meet your standards and legal obligations.

Paid features, credit packs, and pricing are presented at purchase. Charges are processed by our payment provider. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, purchases may be non-refundable once credits are delivered or consumed.

Free or promotional credits may be changed or discontinued. Credits have no cash value outside the service.

The product relies on infrastructure and AI providers (for example hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and model APIs). Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to how they process data on our behalf.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or extended inactivity where permitted.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where allowed by law.
